OMD< Woof - you are just the perfect addition to your new family. We love that you get to go in the car and on walks and look at the toys you have too. You are one very lucky pup.
Oh Woof, it's so good to see you settling in. He's a cutie!
Humping is usually down to dominance so it could be that Woof is trying to be alpha to Ginger - who's the alpha out of Ginger and Buddy? In our setup Max is the alpha out of the two of them but every three or four months JD will try to hump Max if Max gets too 'officious'! Once Woof gets his head round the hierarchy he should settle down.
It looks like your new boy is fitting right in! I hope it's all going well and he's settling into your routine and learning the ropes and your routine!
awww, woof, you look so happy 'n full of the contentments with your new forevarrr pack!! you are lookin' totally handsome in your stripey scarf, too. i bet the lady doggies are swoonin' left 'n right!! heehee.
Hello, Buddy, Ginger & Woof! We are also rescue doggies who were saved, like Woof, so we are very proud & happy that Buddy & Ginger have such gentle & loving hearts and are willing to share their good home with Woof. JD & Max are correct about the humping; Woof is just trying to figure out his place in his new pack. It should lessen once you three have figured out the heirarchy of the new pack.
Mama rescued a doggie many years ago who was in a situation like Woof's. She named him Lazarus, because he was in very bad condition and being adopted off of the street sort of raised him from the dead. Don't know if you have a comparable figure in your religion or mythology, or whether it is considered proper there to name an animal after a religious or mythological figure, but if there is a figure that appears downtrodden but turns out to be a blessing in disguise, maybe that would be a good name for Woof. Or you could stick with a sound close to the one he's used to hearing and call him Wolfgang or something. We'll be following your journey with interest. Welcome, Woof; you are a very blessed dog!

Looks like Woof is fitting in just fine! We have no real advise for humping, since I do it to Mack and I'm a girl. Hu-mom just says no and I quit...
Take good care of your new brother!
