Story of a LITTLE LABRA PRINCESS

Once upon a time, there lived a little Labra-princess in her own little blissful world in Doggyland. Apart from her Mumsy and Daddykeins whom she loved dearly, her bestest friends were her softy furry toys who stayed with her at all times.

They had seen a lot of life together. They have been through good times

and bad, and survived.

Then one day, she found the older brother she had always wanted. She was thrilled when he came to live in her home. They enjoyed a lot of fun times together which she had only dreamt about, when she was alone. They soon developed a very special bond which she treasured dearly.

But there was one little problem.

Her brother wasn't aware about her other special bond...the one she had with her stuffy friends.
Disaster struck in the form of a little accident one day when he was too bored with the flavoured chew-bone Mumsy had left for him.

The little princess was shocked, horrified and very sad. The sudden demise of her softy friend was so unexpected.
After all she had always been very protective of them all and had taken care of them with a lot of affection since puppyhood. She remembered all their names and would go get them whenever Mumsy offered to play with them all. What was she to do now?

Seeing her so sad made her brother realise the enormity of his deed.

He was very sorry about it and tried to explain to his little sister that he wasn't aware the stuffy toys were her friends.

He had always taken them for chew-toys!
'My Dog! You boys will always be boys! Chew-Toys indeed!', the little princess looked skywards and exclaimed!

But she couldn't resist his sad, doleful face for long. He looked really sorry and his apology seemed to have come from his heart.

So she soon forgave him. She made him promise not to do what he had done ever again. He too sincerely crossed his heart and promised.
But the princess had her doubts.

Ultimately, she decided Mumsy was the best pawson to keep the rest of her Stuffies out of harm's way.

She was very sad that she could no longer cuddle them, but for their safety she was ready to make that sacrifice.
She and her brother soon found ways to keep themselves busy and after a pawticularly busy evening, went off to sleep peacefully.

And in her sleep, the little Labra princess dreamt her sweet little dream of living with her stuffy-toys and her brother happily ever after....

What an awesome story. I know how much it hurts to loose a stuffy, but how much better it is to have a brother.

I'm so glad the story had a happy ending! I also know the feeling, since a few of my toys have met an unfortunate demise lately!

Eva has her stuffies as friends too and lucky for her, there is nobody to destroy them. It seems like she knows they are hers and so she won't chew them up!

You and I could be twinsies, Ginger! That's just how I was with my stuffies until Mitch came along and decided to rearrange their body parts! And our mom saved the day too and put my special stuffies away for safe keeping. But I love my brother and I'd take him over a stuffie any day of my life - truly!

Love ya lots
