Yipee..Our Very Own blog...

The other day I heard Mummy telling her friend over the phone she’s going to get us our own blog.

‘Buddy has been sharing my blog page, but his thoughts get muddled up with my own. I think both Gin and Bud should have more freedom of expression’, she said.

But she hasn’t had much time to herself of late. Whenever she is home, she keeps dabbing on some paper with those colourful tubes that she wouldn’t let us chew. And after sometime she would stand up with a glint in her eyes and say, ‘Bud-Gin, really nice painting, huh?’ Ginger gives her a grunt and I beg her to let me chew just one tube. But she wouldn’t let me.

The only thing good about this is that at the end of a busy day, Mummy always cooks some really awesome stuff and that room she calls the ‘kitchen’ smells so yummy...Drool, Drool..!

Thank Gawd! Mom and Dad are such foodies!

Now, Ginger is always so particular about what she eats. She wants to be properly served, would sniff, taste and most times reject most things!

Girls!

I have tried many a times to tell her about how much fun it is to gulp down All table scraps. But no, she insists on being proper! She doesn’t know the amount of fun she is missing.

Oops! There I go again! Somehow, food takes my thoughts away.

Anyway, here we are. Mummy finally set up our own blog. She has been sitting and scratching her hair for hours on the end. Dad finds it very funny.

‘You’ve not written a word yet!’ he’d constantly pull her leg. Every time she asks him to think of a title for our blog, he’d go back to something he calls ’Photoshop lessons’. He says he will soon learn to make our photographs look better than before. Now that sounds good to me. I really do like to look good in my photographs.

Both of us, I mean Ginger and me, think mummy has finally come up with a lovely name for our blog. We think it sounds wise and profound, like we all Labradors are.

Mummy has promised to take out special quality time and help us write our stories as frequently as possible.

Ginger is a very thoughtful girl. She shall speak on a number of deep, Zen-like topics. I, on the other hand, would like to dwell on more of the techno-sports-food-fun stuff, like Daddy.

I think, it’s a blend of all of these that make our world special.

And as mummy says, it’s important to spread the Lab-Dawg wisdom in this world.

It’ll be a happier place (Touch-bone!)
